Slitting knife
The cutting knife is divided into single edge and double edge. There are 5 types: single edge (normal type), single edge (partial steel ball self-locking type), single edge (screw locking type), double edge ( The non-standard specifications of screw locking type) and double edge (eccentric steel ball self-locking type) can be produced according to samples or drawings.
Materials are: 65Mn, GCr15, 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, SKD-11, D2, W6Mo5Cr4V2, W18, etc.
Features: high precision, sharp edge and wear resistance
Uses: Used for slitting textile fabrics, non-woven fabrics, and strapping fabrics.
Blades are widely used in non-manufacturing cloth, composite guarantee materials, chemical fiber and other industries
